Out of my love of eating and cooking, and pursuit of being able to enjoy delicious food all the time, I decided to study to be a registered dietitian. SANDWICH LAB's products are made with carefully selected ingredients that are nutritious and delicious.

We also pay special attention to the sandwich buns. You can choose from the following:

Vegan bread made from 100% domestic wheat
We use LA VIGNE AKIKO's 100% local wheat bread. Free of eggs and butter.

Regular bread
We use HARU*BOUZ's bread.

Vegan British Bread
We use British bread from T’s Bakery. Only wheat flour, Hoshino yeast, water, salt, and brown sugar are used. Free of eggs and butter.

Enzyme Brown Rice Burger
Enzyme brown rice is brown rice that is cooked with azuki beans and salt and kept warm for about 3 to 4 days to ripen. Leave it out for about 3 nights and enzyme function is activated and the nutrients increased. We use pesticide-free brown rice.
