Made with 100% domestic wheat. No eggs or butter (can be changed to baguette or rice flour bread)

Chickpeas

It has the effect of increasing the metabolism of energy from carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, etc. It is also rich in dietary fiber.



Organic Mustard
It has a mild sour taste and little spiciness.


Tomato
A healthy vegetable that is low in calories and contains a good balance of lycopene, vitamins, and dietary fiber.

Onion

Relieves fatigue, calms, improves insomnia, increases appetite, prevents constipation, prevents arteriosclerosis, etc.

Green Curl

Contains Vitamin C, which can improve immunity and improve skin condition.

Specially made Japanese rolled omelet

We use Okukuji eggs from Hitachi Farm


White soup stock
The soup stock is made with kelp and bonito, bringing out the delicious flavor of the rolled omelet.


Mayonnaise
It makes rolled omelet fluffy and brings out the richness and umami of the dish.

We also pay special attention to the bread used for our sandwiches. You can choose from the following:

Vegan bread made from 100% domestic wheat
We use vegan bread from LA VIGNE AKIKO. Free of eggs and butter.

Regular bread
We use bread from HARU*BOUZ.

Vegan British Bread
We use British bread from T’s Bakery. Only wheat flour, Hoshino yeast, water, salt, and brown sugar are used. Free of eggs and butter.

Enzyme Brown Rice Burger
Enzyme brown rice is brown rice that is cooked with azuki beans and salt and kept warm for about 3 to 4 days to ripen. Leave it out for about 3 nights and enzyme function is activated and the nutrients increased. We use pesticide-free brown rice.
